‘Young Farmers’ is a series of lovely outdoor children’s workshops at Airfield Farm.

Just a short hop from Dublin City Centre The Young Farmers series at Airfield Farm is a range of farming workshops for children aged between 8-12 years which run from 10am to 12pm on Saturdays throughout the year.

These children’s workshops are perfect for kids who love being out in the fresh air and exploring outdoors. Each workshop is different and focuses on a different animal. Children will leave with a  greater understanding of farm life and the animals that live there.

Highly trained and experienced educators encourage children to investigate different farm animals and explore their hidden talents.  Kids will learn about and create toys and activities that will delight animal lovers and Young Farmers alike.

Farming is all about working together, working hard but having fun and satisfaction in a job well done.

Workshops are €16 per child and €14.50 for members.

All workshops are hands on and outdoor based, so make sure to bring your jacket and wellies!
