Throughout the year The National Print Museum hosts lovely interactive and creative workshops for children to explore the creative world of printing.
Children’s Workshop in Bookmaking for 8-12 years
Friday February 24th @ 14.00 – 15.00
€12.50 / Booking essential
Using traditional and modern methods and materials children will handcraft their own mini hardback book which they will decorate and personalise with fun craft materials such as feathers, sequins, ribbon and fancy paper. The completed book can be used as a notebook, diary or a sketchbook!
Children’s Storytelling for 3-7 years
Date: Sunday Februay 26th @ 14.30 – 15.30
Price: Free Admission (first come first served)
Join in at the Education Area at the National Print Museum for a free storytelling session, featuring children’s books from the Museum’s own Junior Library. Free admission. No booking required, however places are offered on a first come first served basis. Will start promptly at 2.30pm.
